Rooted in 4-H, Committed to Community: Nikki Harman’s Lasting Impact

Nikki Harman, branch manager at Boswell

Boswell Branch Manager | 4-H Alum | Fair Board Member

For Nikki Harman, giving back isn’t a seasonal thing—it’s simply part of who she is.

As Branch Manager of our Boswell office, Nikki leads with consistency, care, and a deep connection to the people and places around her. And her involvement with 4-H—both past and present—is a big part of that story.

A 4-H Journey That Shaped the Way She Leads

Nikki’s roots in 4-H run deep. Like so many local kids, she grew up learning how to care for animals, manage projects, and meet deadlines. It wasn’t just about ribbons—it was about responsibility, growth, and belonging.

Those early experiences helped shape her approach to leadership: thoughtful, dependable, and always focused on helping others succeed.

Still Showing Up

Today, Nikki serves on the Benton County Fair Board, helping guide the next generation of 4-H members. She’s the kind of leader who shows up early, pitches in wherever she’s needed, and supports others without needing recognition.

Whether she’s helping prepare for the fair or cheering on local youth exhibitors, Nikki brings the same dedication she shows every day in her role at the bank.

A Steady Presence in Boswell

At Farmers & Merchants Bank, Nikki is known for the relationships she builds and the pride she takes in her branch and her community. She leads by example—reliable, kind, and always willing to step in and support her team.

Her 4-H roots may have started long ago, but they still show in the way she leads, serves, and invests in others today.

Thank you, Nikki, for all you do for our community, our customers, and the next generation of 4-Hers.
